New Milton Police Station now open!

Dear Resident

Cambridgeshire Constabulary's new Milton Police Station is now open and operational.

Located next to Milton Park and Ride, the purpose-built station provides a modern base for officers and staff, replacing the ageing Parkside Police Station in Cambridge.

The new facility has been designed to meet the demands of modern policing and includes a 24-cell custody suite, enhanced operational space, interview and consultation rooms, and improved facilities for officers and staff. Its strategic location will also help improve response times and support policing across the county.

Chief Constable Chris Balmer said it was a ‘significant moment for Cambridgeshire Constabulary and for the communities we serve’.

This modern, purpose-built facility gives our officers and staff the environment, tools and capacity they need to meet rising demand, respond more efficiently, and provide a high-quality service to the public for many years to come. It represents a major investment in community safety and in our frontline people.

The station is one of the largest investments in policing infrastructure in Cambridgeshire for many years and will support policing services for decades to come.
